1. Dress Sharp

Although clothes don’t make the man, they certainly affect the way he feels about himself. No one is more conscious of your physical appearance than you are. When you don’t look good, it changes the way you carry yourself and interact with other people. Use this to your advantage by taking care of your personal appearance. In most cases, significant improvements can be made by bathing and shaving frequently, wearing clean clothes, and being cognizant of the latest styles.

2. Walk Faster

One of the easiest ways to tell how a person feels about herself is to examine her walk. Is it slow? tired? painful? Or is it energetic and purposeful? People with confidence walk quickly. They have places to go, people to see, and important work to do. Even if you aren’t in a hurry, you can increase your self confidence by putting some pep in your step. Walking 25% faster will make to you look and feel more important.

3. Good Posture

Similarly, the way a person carries herself tells a story. People with slumped shoulders and lethargic movements display a lack of self confidence. They aren’t enthusiastic about what they’re doing and they don’t consider themselves important. By practicing good posture, you’ll automatically feel more confident. Stand up straight, keep your head up, and make eye contact. You’ll make a positive impression on others and instantly feel more alert and empowered.

4. Personal Commercial

One of the best ways to build confidence is listening to a motivational speech. Unfortunately, opportunities to listen to a great speaker are few and far between. You can fill this need by creating a personal commercial. Write a 30-60 second speech that highlights your strengths and goals. Then recite it in front of the mirror aloud (or inside your head if you prefer) whenever you need a confidence boost.

5. Gratitude

When you focus too much on what you want, the mind creates reasons why you can’t have it. This leads you to dwell on your weaknesses. The best way to avoid this is consciously focusing on gratitude. Set aside time each day to mentally list everything you have to be grateful for. Recall your past successes, unique skills, loving relationships, and positive momentum. You’ll be amazed how much you have going for you and motivated to take that next step towards success.

First time cycling leh!! Dun siao siao wor!
Hahahas,at first hesistate de..
Cos i realli scare i cant learn to ride the bike in time.. ;x
But den,dun wan their time,so just rent one bike to try lorh. (:

I was keep pushing the bike nia,Hahahas!
Den i suddenly got the feeel!

and i did it! I manage to balance it!! :D:D

Den finally reached when the others hav stopped
Buy drinks,Cos its realli tiring as i was pushing the bike all the way,hohoho!
Legs damn suan,But bo bian,cant rest as i m the slowest..
So go on~ woah! I suddenly ride very de shun!
But still slow,hahahs,catch up by them in no time
Den slowly on the way to changi,almost fall and ram into others alot of time!
Scary sia!
Alwin they all keep hurrying me..Making me abit..Sian~
So i just do my best,alone ride the bike when they keep slacking down halfway
Legs keep cramp,numb but bo bian..still need to go on~

So just ride lorhs,almost crush into the woods many time,:P
finally make it! Thought i will not fall down and tada!
I didnt notice samion bike de tire and my bike crush into it!
I feel like i m realli flying,yea,flying.Hahhahas!
Weeeeee! So coool! "I believe i can flyyyyy" "Bang!"
Den landed wif my left elbow,or mayb arm
And slideeeeeeeee~

Stand up and noticed my skin is torn,can the flesh
But not much blood leak out,hahahs!
Others blame samion for not putting the bike properly,hahahas :P
My first time was given to samion just like that!
Er..i mean first time falling down the bike hor! dun anyhow think ar,:P
On the long road to changi,Samion pei me ride slowly~ (:
We chatted when riding,Hahahas
But the road is damn long lorh!
sit dao my butt also pain! Hahahas :P
Finally reached changi beach!
Rest,Go washroom and ready to ride again!
But den,they realise i left my Ez link card wif the ECP de bike rental shop
I,myself,was totally sian when they said we need to go back take
If not jiu leave it there overnight
Haiss..So careless lorh me.. :(
Nvm,continue ride first!
Ride all they way alone~ Enjoying the views and noticed i hav improved from just now!
Den andrew and samion catch up wif me,and bring me the wrong route~
So we got to ride back,and they took the worst road for me!
Riding in the carpark!
Almost bang into 2 cars lorh!
Finally! reached and return the bike! total $9 spent on that! ):

Den nth much le,eat,went to bus stop~
Saw so many Nine!
And samion keep shooting Zhi hao,Damn funny lorh! :D
Overrall,its a good outing and i wan it again!! :D

Ohoh! Previous ans is Sa Gua and cy got it right! :D
Lazy to think of one right now..
